Laughter really is the best medicine

the best and easiest ways of de-stressing in today’s busy
world. It benefits your mind and body in countless ways, including
boosting your body’s immune system, exercising and toning
your stomach and facial muscles, and increasing the flow of oxygen
round your body – all of which make you look younger and feel
better, and best of all anyone of any age can do it!
